Detailed Refund Terms
MDAC (Malaysia Digital Arrival Card) - Strictly Non-Refundable
MDAC application fees are completely non-refundable in all circumstances without exception.
MDAC applications enter processing immediately following payment verification and are transmitted directly to Malaysian immigration databases. Refunds cannot be issued for any reason including:
- • Travel plan modifications or cancellations
- • Rejection by immigration authorities
- • Duplicate application submissions
- • Inaccurate applicant details
- • Choosing not to travel to Malaysia
- • Any other circumstances whatsoever
⚠️ Ensure all information is accurate before submitting your MDAC application.
1. Immediate Processing Protocol
Following application submission, processing commences immediately with transmission to Malaysia Immigration systems. Your application enters the processing workflow within minutes of payment confirmation.
2. Early-Stage Cancellation
When applications have not yet been forwarded to government systems, cancellation requests may be accommodated. A $40 Cancellation Processing Fee will apply. Requests must be submitted within 30 minutes following submission.
3. Immigration Rejection - No Refunds
Applications rejected by Malaysia Immigration Department do not qualify for refunds. Approval determinations are made exclusively by government immigration officials.
4. Service Fulfillment
Fees remain non-refundable if you decide not to utilize your approved visa. Our service obligations conclude upon visa approval.
5. Duplicate Application Scenarios
When passport details exist in immigration systems due to concurrent applications through other agencies, refunds are restricted to Government Processing Fees exclusively.
6. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are processed and credited to your original payment method within 25 business days.
